A Persistent Identity
Your progression in Afyniti is anchored to a digital identities that persists across cities and seasons.
These identities allow your XP, levels, and unlocked features to remain consistent as you move through the worlds. You do not need to recreate or re-register your progress when entering new ecosystems.
From your perspective, this means your journey feels continuous rather than fragmented.
Evolving NFTs
Afyniti uses dynamically evolving NFTs to represent progression.
As you earn XP and level up, the metadata associated with your NFT updates to reflect your current state. This includes progression markers, unlocked features, and other attributes tied to your journey.
The NFT itself does not grant progression. It records it.
On-Chain and Off-Chain Coordination
Not all activity happens in the same place.
Some quests are completed on-chain, while others rely on application data, indexed activity, or verified off-chain actions. Afyniti coordinates these inputs so that progression is tracked consistently regardless of where the action occurs.
This allows a wide range of quests to exist without breaking continuity.
Claiming Progression
Progression is awarded intentionally.
When a quest is completed, XP becomes available to claim. Claiming finalises that progression and records it in a way that can be reliably referenced later.
This step exists to ensure progression is deliberate, auditable, and resistant to errors or duplication.
Cross-Ecosystem Compatibility
Afyniti is designed to support multiple ecosystems without forcing separate identities.
Where supported, the same underlying NFT identity can be recognised across different networks. While technical identifiers may differ between environments, your visible identity and progression remain consistent within the platform.
This ensures that travelling between cities feels natural rather than technical.
Data Indexing and Visibility
Progression data is indexed to make it accessible and transparent.
This allows:
Fast confirmation of quest completion
Accurate tracking of XP and levels
